How can I make a reservation?

You can book your stay via our website, telephone, WhatsApp, email or Booking.com. Bookings made via Booking are confirmed immediately. For other channels (website, telephone, email, WhatsApp), you will receive confirmation within the hour. Payment by credit card, Mobile Money, Orange Money or bank transfer is required to guarantee your reservation.

What are the cancellation and modification conditions?

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival. After this time, the reservation becomes non-refundable. Date changes are subject to availability. Please note: reservations for events must be paid for in advance and are non-refundable from 48 hours before the event.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Is breakfast included?

Yes, breakfast is included in the price of all our rooms and suites. It is served buffet-style and à la carte from 6am to 10:30am in the Birdy restaurant. We offer vegetarian and lactose-free options.

Do you offer catering/room service?

Yes. Our two plants, the Birdy Restaurant and the Restaurant Kora, are open for lunch and dinner. The bar is open from 12pm to 11pm. Room service is available from 6am to 11pm. Room service is not available between 11pm and 6am.

Does the hotel have parking?

Yes, the Kòló has a free, secure, private parking lot with valet parking.

Do you offer an airport shuttle/transfer service?

Yes, we offer a transfer service to and from Nsimalen international airport (25 minutes). Price: 4,000 FCFA per hour. Available 24 hours a day. Reservations recommended 2 hours in advance.

Is Wi-Fi free?

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel: rooms, public areas, restaurant and bar. The access code is available at reception and in your room. A dedicated business area is also available.

Are the rooms air-conditioned?

Yes, all our rooms and suites are equipped with individually adjustable air conditioning.

Do you offer a gym/spa/pool?

Yes, our gym is open from 6am to 10pm. The swimming pool is open from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. (children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult). The spa is open on reservation from 7am to 9pm.

Is the hotel suitable for families (children)?

Yes, children are welcome at Kòló. We offer free cots on request, connecting rooms, and children's menus in the Birdy restaurant.

Do you accept pets?

No, pets are not allowed at Kòló.

Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Yes, the Kòló has facilities for disabled guests, including an access ramp, elevator and adapted rooms. Our staff are trained to assist you. We advise you to let us know when you make your reservation, so that we can prepare for your arrival in the best possible way.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), cash (FCFA), Mobile Money, Orange Money and bank transfers. We also accept euros at an exchange rate of 1 EUR = 650 FCFA. A deposit may be required on arrival. An invoice will be sent to you on departure.

Is the reception open 24 hours a day?

Yes, our reception and concierge are available 24 hours a day. Arrivals are between 2pm and 11:30pm. The hotel has controlled access and night staff for your security.

Can I smoke in the hotel?

The Kòló is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking areas are available on outdoor terraces. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a charge of 50,000 FCFA.

Can we organize meetings and events at the hotel?

Yes, the Kòló has 2 meeting rooms and 1 conference room for 20 to 120 people. We organize meetings, seminars, cocktail parties, birthdays and weddings. All rooms are equipped with screen, projector, sound and Wi-Fi. We offer catering services: breaks, lunches, cocktails and buffets. Our team will get back to you within 48 hours with a quote.
