1. Purpose
These conditions define the terms and conditions for booking and staying at the KOLO HOTEL.
2. Reservation
A reservation is confirmed after validation by the hotel and receipt of a guarantee or payment.
3. Rates
Prices are quoted in FCFA or in the currency displayed at the time of booking.
Applicable local taxes may be added.
4. Cancellation
Cancellation conditions depend on the fare selected at the time of booking.
They are specified at the time of confirmation.
5. Arrival and departure
- Check-in: according to schedule
- Check-out: according to hotel schedule
6. Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for any damage caused on the premises.
7. Force majeure
KOLO HOTEL cannot be held responsible for unforeseeable events beyond its control.
8. Disputes
In the event of a dispute, an amicable settlement will be preferred.
Failing this, the competent courts will be those of Cameroon.
